One of our initiatives is to increase the ability of our Partners and Customers to leverage self-service avenues for finding answers and resolving problems. One of the most recent tools to come out of Citrix Support is the Citrix Printing Tool.

The Citrix Printing Tool helps configuring and troubleshooting the Citrix Printing subsystem on XenApp, XenApp Online Plugin, and XenDesktop products.
